Tool System Maintenance
Check tool wear every 150 hours of production. Any edge wear exceeding 0.2 mm requires grinding or replacement. Clean and lubricate the tool carriage guide rails weekly to ensure smooth tool movement. Store tools in dedicated tool holders to prevent edge damage. Regularly check the tightening torque of tool mounting bolts to ensure the specified torque value is met.
Transmission System Maintenance
Check the gearbox oil level and quality monthly, and replace the lubricant every 2000 hours of operation. Check the drive belt tension weekly and adjust immediately if the deviation exceeds 15% of the standard value. Regrease the bearings every three months, using designated high-temperature grease. It is recommended to check the coupling alignment monthly, with a deviation of no more than 0.05 mm. Monitor the temperature rise of the reducer during operation. If any abnormal temperature rise occurs, investigate the cause immediately.
Pneumatic System Maintenance
Check the air line seal daily and perform a stroke test on the cylinder monthly. Replace the filter element quarterly to ensure the air supply pressure remains stable within the range of 0.6-0.8 MPa. Check for air leaks when pneumatic components are in operation. If leaks are detected, replace the seals immediately.
Electrical System Inspection
Clean the servo motor encoder monthly and check the PLC module's operating status quarterly. Tighten the electrical wiring thoroughly every six months, ensuring the insulation resistance is no less than 5 megohms. Clean and dust the electrical cabinet monthly and check the cooling fan's operating condition. Check contactor contacts for erosion quarterly and replace any severely eroded parts promptly.
Structural Component Maintenance
Check the tightness of the frame connecting bolts weekly and regrease the guide rails and sliders monthly. Dynamically balance the web support rollers quarterly, ensuring the imbalance is within 0.5 grams. Clean the frame surface monthly and inspect for rust.
