An Embossing Machine creates raised, recessed or textured patterns by applying controlled pressure, heat, ultrasonic energy or a combination of these forces to a material. Industrial embossing equipment is used on nonwoven fabric, paper, film, foil, leather and selected metal products, but each material requires a different machine structure.

A press embosses a defined sheet or product area between plates or dies. It is suited to individual components, covers, cards, leather parts and other non-continuous applications.

Metal Embossing Machine

Metal embossing equipment deforms sheet or strip metal using matched tools, engraved rollers or presses. It requires much higher forming force and a different machine structure from a nonwoven embossing line.
