PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

A Heat Press Lamination Machine combines two or more web materials through controlled heat, pressure and contact time. The process can create a stable laminated structure while adding an embossed surface pattern, making the equipment suitable for continuous production where bonding quality, web alignment and finished appearance must be managed together.


SAIBANG model SFH-650 is developed for hot-air nonwoven and spunbond nonwoven processing. The published configuration includes a 650 mm machine width, 630 mm effective embossing width, 600 mm finished-product width, mechanical speed up to 80 m/min, Φ1200 mm unwinding capacity and Φ800 mm winding capacity.

650mm Heat Press Lamination Machine Features

1、Continuous Heat Press Lamination

The machine uses heat and pressure to combine multiple material layers during continuous web movement. Temperature, working pressure and operating speed can be adjusted according to the substrate combination, pattern and required bonding condition, helping manufacturers establish a repeatable production process for different laminated products.


2、50–80 m/min Working Speed

The normal production speed is listed at 50–80 m/min, while the maximum mechanical speed reaches 80 m/min. Actual output depends on material type, pattern depth, heating condition and finished-product requirements, so production settings should be confirmed through material trials rather than determined by speed alone.


3、Controlled Lamination Width

The SFH-650 provides a 650 mm machine width, a 630 mm effective embossing width and a 600 mm finished-product width. These dimensions give manufacturers a clear basis for selecting parent rolls, arranging edge allowance and planning downstream slitting or converting processes.


4、Touch-Screen Operating Interface

An intelligent control system and touch-screen interface allow operators to set and review machine parameters during production. Centralized control helps organize speed, heating and operating adjustments while making machine status easier to observe during startup, stable running and product changeover.


5、Customizable Embossing Patterns

The embossing plate or related pattern components can be developed according to the buyer’s product requirements. Application

1、Hygiene Material Production

2、Medical Disposable Materials

Heat-pressed nonwoven laminates may be used in selected medical and protective products, including disposable bedding and protective-clothing materials. The final composite structure, testing standard and intended use should be determined by the downstream product manufacturer.

Spunbond and hot-air nonwoven materials can be combined into layered textile structures for further converting. Manufacturers may develop different thicknesses, patterns and surface effects by adjusting the material combination and operating parameters.

1、Material Unwinding

The process begins with controlled feeding of the required material rolls. Each web must enter the machine with suitable alignment and stable tension so the layers can meet correctly before passing through the heat-pressing and embossing section.


2、Layer Alignment

Multiple webs must remain aligned across the production width. Uneven feeding can create exposed edges, wrinkles or inconsistent bonding, so roll position and tension should be checked before the line accelerates to normal operating speed.


3、Heating and Pressing

The material layers pass through the controlled heat-pressing zone, where temperature and pressure support bonding and pattern formation. The correct setting depends on material thickness, thermal characteristics, production speed and the required surface result.


4、Embossing Formation

The embossing structure transfers the selected pattern while the materials are under heat and pressure. Pattern definition should be checked across the complete effective width, especially after startup or when changing materials.


5、Finished Web Rewinding

After lamination, the finished material is collected into a roll for storage or downstream processing. Stable rewinding tension helps maintain an even roll profile and reduces problems during later slitting, cutting or product conversion.
